Preparation

step 1

Cut and discard the crust from the toast bread.

step 2

Quickly soak the bread slices in milk, drain and press with your hands to extract any excess of milk. 

Work it into a smooth dough.

step 3

Add the mashed potatoes and all other ingredients. 

Mix well. It should become a smooth dough.

step 4

Divide into 12 portions and make flat rounds of approx. 5 cm in diameter. 

step 5

Heat the oil in a pan and fry the patties on both sides until golden brown.
